Parking Policies
All visitors and residents of Harbour Vista must obey posted parking and traffic signs. Failure to adhere to posted rules and regulations may result in fines and/or your vehicle being towed.
Residents
All Harbour Vista residents are assigned 1x numbered spot and 1x garage spot. If additional parking is needed, public street parking is available (note posted signage regarding parking limitations).
Visitors & Guests
Non-numbered parking spaces located on Lago Drive, Cabana Drive, and Grunion Lane are available for visitors and guests to use for up to 72 hours. Vehicles left parked in guest spots beyond 72 hours are subject to being towed without prior contact to owner.
Car Wash Areas
The car wash areas within Harbour Vista can be used for parking between the hours of 6 PM and 9 AM. Cars parked in the car wash areas outside of this time range are subject to being towed without prior contact to owner.
Recreational (boat, camper, trailer), commercial, box truck, or vehicles with commercial signage are NOT allowed to park on Harbour Vista property overnight. Any of the above left on Harbour Vista property overnight will be removed at owner's expense.
